Chef's Table Experience
An intimate, multi-course journey exploring the nuances of refined Creole cuisine in Houston, Texas. Menus are entirely bespoke to your preferences, reflecting the seasonal bounty of the region. Starting at $125 per person, plus a non- refundable $200 on-site chef deposit.
Event Catering
Elevated family-style or plated service for larger gatherings and milestone celebrations in Houston, Texas. Our approach prioritizes slow-cooked authenticity and communal connection over convention. Priced per person.
*Please book all events at least 14 days in advance. A rush fee of $180 will be added to invoice if an event is booked within 72 hours of event date.
Event Catering Booking & Retainers
A non-refundable retainer of 40% and a signed agreement are required to secure your specific dining date for . Final menu selections and guest counts must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to service. Events will not begin until Refined Creole has received all signed contracts and the invoice is paid in full. We understand that plans can shift. Cancellations received 10 days before the event allow for a one-time rescheduling within 120 days or a complete cancellation. Deposits are retained to cover sourcing and preparation costs for all late cancellations. Any amount paid that exceeds the deposit can be refunded. However, a refund will NOT be issued if an event is canceled within 7 days of the event.
Chef's Table Booking & Retainers
To provide the highest level of service and ingredients for your Chef’s Table experience, we require a non-refundable $200 on-site chef deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance of your invoice must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to the event start time. We understand that plans can change; therefore, should you need to cancel your event more than 72 hours in advance, any amount paid exceeding the initial $200 deposit will be fully refunded. However, for cancellations made within the 72-hour window leading up to the event, your refund will consist of the amount paid over the $200 chef fee, less the specific cost of any food or supplies already purchased for your personalized experience.
Travel & Kitchen Access
Pricing includes service within a 20-mile radius of our kitchen in Houston, Texas. Locations beyond this scope will incur a calculated travel fee. Clients must provide clear access to kitchen facilities or power for mobile equipment for events that are catered on site. Please ensure that the kitchen is clean upon arrival. A $40 service fee will be applied to cover additional cleaning if necessary.
